Covid-19 Protocols

Our Ministry of Tourism department elaborated all these following protocols that we must abide by. For more information please click on the following link:

INFORMATION OF INTEREST: 

GUESTS: 

• The use of facial masks in our facilities is mandatory.
• The moment you check in there is a sworn document to fill out with some
  questions regarding COVID -19 at this time our receptionist will also check
  your temperature before entering our facility.
• We ask for Social Distancing.
• We have available for sale kits with mask, Gel Sanitizer and disposable
  gloves.
• Facial masks are mandatory in all public areas within our facility.

ROOMS AND COMMON AREA: 

• Our rooms and common areas are disinfected with quaternary ammonium.
• We implemented a sanitary doormat before entering the hotel.
• We have intensified the disinfection and cleanliness in our facility.
• We have placed Gel Sanitizer all around the hotel: restrooms, elevators and
  public areas.
• We frequently ventilate our facility.
• All personnel is required to wear facial masks.
• Our breakfast buffet is only served by hotel personnel, they are the only
  ones able to manipulate food and utensils.

SOMETHING TO KEEP IN MIND:

• If you present any COVID-19 symptoms we will call our hotel medical service to treat you at no cost. We please ask that you remain in your room until health services can come and determine your situation.
